the menu, you will find traditional French dishes: Ham from the Basque region cut by hand, axoa of veal, black pudding from the Basque region, and cod with chorizo sausage… Speciality dishes: Hare Royale, roasted wood pigeon, duck steaklet with foie gras, delicious cakes perfumed with vanilla from Tahiti…
