Noticed by the most talented, Bertrand Guénron has been in good hands assisting Alain Senderens during the glorious time of Restaurant Lucas Carton.

He then widened the range of his culinary skills joigning le groupe Carrefour where he soon rose to the position of Products development manager à for the Carrefour brand.

After a decade he decided to go back to restoration and took in charge the restaurant Au Bascou. He soon made of it a success since it was noticed by culinary experts and was awarded a prize by Le guide Lebey in 2007.
